I'm not in favour of this. This proposal sets a dangerous precedent for urban sprawl. Developing Greenbelt that helps act as a natural protection to natural disaster (flooding in particular) is alarming. I would like to see the Greenbelt maintained and power returned to experts in conservation, environment, and sustainability.
