I’m not sure why we need to destroy green belt space for housing when we haven’t fully pursued infill. I went for a walk in my local conservation area this morning and thought about how devastating how much farmland and forest have already been destroyed and how future generations won’t be able to appreciate that precious natural resource.

Once it’s paved over, you can’t come back from that.
