Developing on the green belt is completely irresponsible and short sighted. This is not the way to help housing crisis.
Restrictions on the number of houses you can own. Stopping rentals is detached houses. Stopping non-citizens/PR from to buying property. Increasing capital gain taxes. Cooperations should NOT be able to but single family homes. A BIG tax on empty dwellings. The list could go on.
We can not get our green spaces back. Once they are gone, they are gone.
