I implore the government to keep their promise and not allow development of the green belt. These protected lands are essential to our ecosystem and must be protected. The land is currently owned by developers/builders. Their profits are at the root of this decision in which the Ford government is now complicit. We need housing without question however there are other locations that can be used. A promise was made. A promise must be kept. Our environmental future depends on it.
