We should look for other alternatives to housing construction before developing on the greenbelt. We have already taken space from wildlife. The conservation belt is meant to be protective lands.

I also believe protecting this area is helping us with clean air and mitigating against climate change. This proposal would result in thousands of trees being cut. Should we do this knowing climate change is getting worse?
