Climate Change is before us everywhere around the Planet. We need ways to drastically reduce CO2. Do not take this program down. I has been studied by economic experts as a reliable way to accomplish reduction of CO2. Don't be foolish...We have to a t in a determined manner to develop ways to avoid the collapse of ecosystems upon which our civilisation depends. Act rather in good faith and cooperation, intelligence and effectiveness, by keeping this system of Cap and Trade. It has no politics. It is a reliable way to proceed, indendant of political parties. Do the right thing. Be aware of the importance of correct innovation and change, to right the ways of an over-consuming society, and set us on a better path.
