Allow for easier infill development and encourage growth in other municipalities outside GTHA/ottawa. More exensive, suburbs will require more road development, pave over the most valuable farmland in the province and reduce our food security. We are doing the same thing over and over and surprised we get the same untenable result.
Stop this foolishness now, keep protected areas protected, stop lining the pockets of your uncreative cronies and start coming up with some real solutions.
