Please do not sacrifice our future and our children's future enviromental stability for housing. We can find other solutions that do not involve paving over protected land.

Every year, Toronto floods because we paved over land that would have served as drainage. Wetlands, watersheds. It causes damage and destroys businesses, disrupts livelihoods and significantly impacts the community.

We are an educated country who know better, and can be better than this. As badly as homes are needed, proceeding in a reckless manner only causes more harm than good. Please show the people of Ontario that our government can be forward thinking and smart. That we value the lives of our people and our country over greed. Do not build over the greenbelt in any capacity.
