First let me say I never voted for Ford. Not the first time. Certainly not the second. I expressly remember him putting green belt development on the table. Voters vehemently opposed the idea and he swore it was off the table. Now here we are… LIAR.
As a tax payer and citizen I remind this government they work FOR the people NOT the corporations. I also remind him he was re-elected twice by a minority not a majority. Low voting turn out was on his side. Nothing else. Fords buddies need to get their hands out of his pockets and ford needs to quit taking bribes.
NO TO GREEN BELT DEVELOPMENT.
Utilize city lands all ready available. Repurpose lands all ready built up for affordable housing. Stop greedy land lords from owning multiple units and open up more housing for all! My city alone has two huge old building rotting to the ground both sitting in 9 and 20 acres respectively. Tear those ancient eye sores down and build housing. Want to preserve history? Take pictures. We no longer have the luxury of saving every old building when nature is dying!!!
GET OUT OF THE GREEN BELT. THE ENTIRE GREEN BELT. NO HIGHWAYS NO HOUSING. JUST NATURE
