Efforts to improve (or to encourage) better stewardship and sustainable management of our resources is vital and also a huge potential business opportunity. Add a new sector to the economy - why on earth is this new government trying to stop efforts to broaden our technology and options. You are putting new business startups in jeopardy and closing doors on them.
Let's see some leadership in Moving Forward, not back-stepping to outdated ways - have some confidence in the population and support new development.
If you insist on cancellation, I expect to see some new ideas put into motion to act on carbon emissions and acknowledgment of Climate Change. If you can't handle that, then step away and leave the action to the groups trying to make a positive difference in our lives and our children and grandchildren's lives.
