I am against this proposal…

I am against this proposal. There is no clear plan on how to mitigate urban sprawl, which will become exacerbated with this plan. There is already enough land within developed areas to build mid-rise condos. Suburbs with single family homes contribute grossly to urban sprawl, and will make things like traffic, air & noise pollution, exposure to viruses & diseases from wildlife, etc. all much worse.
