Stop the use of the green belt for construction and commercial development! Developers and municipalities want to remove lands from the Greenbelt and weaken the laws currently in place in order to build sprawling subdivisions that would destroy farmland, forest and wetlands.

These Proposals for infrastructure, such as new mega-highways would pave over prime farmland, contribute to poorer air quality, and generate more greenhouse gases.
