The province needs to focus on building DENSITY, rather than more sprawl, which always comes at the cost of the natural environment! We need to be restoring and rebuilding biodiversity in Ontario, not further destroying it further. The only ones who benefit from more antiquated suburban neighbourhoods are developers who build them quickly and too cheaply. These dwellings are not an efficient or technologically modern way to utilize the land that's been populated already.
