All Canadian legislation…

All Canadian legislation should face forward on the slippery slope of climate change. I do not agree with Bill 4 cancelling cap and trade.
There should be binding legislation such as the cap and trade in place that hits the pockets of businesses to push them toward cleaner manufacturing processes. The cap and trade may be weak but at least it's something. I think of my grandchildren having grandchildren who walk the streets of our country, once strong and free, in face masks as we see overseas, and imaging them wondering why we weren't making better decisions.
