This is a truly terrible idea. We are in the midst of a climate crisis that may well cost the next generation any idea of an enjoyable or secure future. Wetlands and Greenbelts MUST be maintained and added to, NOT bulldozed for housing. The long-term environmental impacts of habitat loss will have a real economic cost in regards to flooding, climate change, and the ill-health associated with it.
