This is a horrible idea! Oak Ridges Moraine provides vital habitat for tons of species and acts as an important drainage structure to take up rain water. The proposed plan will result in significantly more flooding and will massively degrade the quality of life for all Ontario residence who rely on the Moraine for their “nature fix”.

You should really look into raising density in places closer to the core that already have sound infrastructure and access to public transit.
