Incentives to build or retrofit houses with apartments would also help. The province should make up the loss of development fees on less expenxive housing - to the municipalities.
Farm land and green belt destruction makes no sense from an environmental perspective nor for providing locally grown food. Stop the destruction of the GREENBELT!
