Please leave the greenbelt…

Please leave the greenbelt alone. There is lots of land to build on. You don’t need the greenbelt for affordable housing. We need rising costs of materials to come down so builders and developers CAN offer their new homes , no matter what style, at a more affordable price. We need city taxes to come down and all the fees associated with buying a house to come down. We need developers to sell plots to builders who will manage apartments or condos for affordable living. We need units built to accomodate affordable living. They dont have to be 2000 sq ft homes for a family to live in it.
