Please do not use any protected land to build on. We have enough space to build already. Vacant land and businesses can certainly be made mixed use and we can build up. The unfortunate part is that these buildings being constructed for the sake of the "housing crisis" are 500k condos that do not help our AFFORDABLE HOUSING CRISIS. I can only hope that our Region will push back on this issue and deny any purchases of any protected space. We are the ones that can stop this greed from our provincial politicians and we need to stop this now.
