The whole of Bill 23 is a travesty, aimed and organized at profiting developers and not benefitting Ontarians. The Greenbelt must be maintained safe from all development as an eco-system provider, a source of natural beauty, and part of the web of ecoservices which support agriculture which feeds our large urban areas.
