Do not build sprawling suburbs on green belt land. That will not address the affordable housing crisis, as these homes will not be affordable to most people. These areas are important for weathering the effects of climate change. Instead, prevent people from using homes as investment properties, and build public housing on Ontario land within the city of Toronto.
