I vehemently oppose the land swap proposal for the Greenbelt area. In the greater Toronto area we do not need further sprawl we need high density housing next to higher order transit close to amenities arts culture and other urban areas. Building homes on protected land well in danger multiple species and exacerbate the impact on climate change. Protected land is protected land.
