Dear committee,
Please protect the Greenbelt. Our ecosystem is precious. We don’t want floods like those that happened in Toronto and Calgary in 2013. The Greenbelt protects against environmental catastrophes like this. It would be imprudent to set a legal precedent — what else could be at stake in the future? Think about generations to come. If we care about the environment, it will care for us.
