Please save The Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act of 2016. This is only the start and we cannot loose it now. This is so important to our economy. Cap & Trade is a major part of how we can save our environment. Our environment affects our communities and our health. If we don't put a price on polluters, we ourselves will pay the price in so many other ways. Just as we need legally binding emissions targets that are in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement. Cap & Trade is the beginning, we really cannot afford to loose it. Please speak out. The louder our voices the better we can save what we have started. Vote down Bill 4!
