this plan is stupid. Instead of destroying the greenbelt just change zoning in & around the GTA to increase density in bloated single family home areas close to city centres.
Why are we building skyscrapers nextdoor to homes that house 3-6 people but preventing people from turning the single family homes into midrises that fit multiple families?
This plan mainly seems to enrich cronies, insiders, developers and immigrants vs people who actually live and work here.
