I am extremely opposed to allowing development in the green belt. The conservation authorities and the green belt provide important protection against flooding protection. With extreme weather events predicted, this development will put us all at risk for high costs from flood damage and insurance premiums. This is for wealthy low density housing that does not help our housing crisis at all.
