The final outcome should be that cottage owners become owners of the land through a transaction with the municipality of Chatham Kent. This outcome should not be extended any further since enough time will have passed to study this and no further extensions beyond the two-year extension requested by Ontario Parks should be considered.
The transfer of ownership of properties to the existing cottage owners is the best solution, for the municipality of Chatham-Kent, cottage owners, and the existence of Rondeau Park, as a family destinations from a recreational and environmental point of you.
