Good Afternoon

I am not in favor of Bill 23 as it stands now. While I completely understand the need to provide more housing for the expected population growth in the province, I do not see the need to sacrifice green spaces, especially in the middle of a climate emergency. Rather there are lots of other alternatives which involve building more affordable housing closer to transit and cities rather than increasing urban sprawl, which not only results in longer commute times for the home owners, but further diminishes the vital green spaces we have remaining in Southern Ontario.
