Stop bill 23. I have deep concern about the disastrous effects Bill 23 will have on our greenspace, farmlands, watersheds and natural systems. Bill 23 will not build affordable housing but will increase property taxes and sprawl. This bill is another tool to expand the portfolios of the already tremendously rich at the expense of everyone else.
