I would like for conflict of interest reviews to be conducted regarding purchases of greenbelt land vs. The areas being proposed to be built on that will ignore historical conservation (science based) autbority decisions and protections act set in place to protect our local eco systems and homes and habitat. Who has owns the protected land who stands to benefit directly as a result of the development. It is important to review the areas of all development and communicate them to the public clearly to confirm if any of the greenbelt developed land will be safe to develop on and will not be prone to flooding or cause damage to other land as a result of being paved over.
