I am firmly against opening the Greenbelt to development. This space is critical for Ontario to have a hope at reaching climate goals and is invaluable in maintaining the safe operation of this province's ecosystems. Further developing these spaces reduces the ability of local agriculture to meet the needs of our growing population and puts homes at risk that are built on sensitive and risky areas.

Save the Greenbelt, there are other places to build.
