I'm not sure what one person…

I'm not sure what one person like me commenting will achieve, but I thought I'd pitch in anyways. I oppose building on Greenbelt. This is like shooting yourself in the foot and hoping for the best. We as a planet are killing ourselves environmentally, and what good will having extra and expensive condos around when we can't breathe properly, feed ourselves or everything starts flooding.

Please reconsider building on the Greenbelt, and instead consider building more dense neighbourhoods. This will not only help with transportation issues (Walk > public transit > car, when it comes to convenience and overall environment), it will also increase the shareholder value of existing investors within the area from increase in foot traffic. (I added the last point in because if doing the good thing by our environment doesn't encourage you to stop this proposed plan on Greebelt, maybe financial gain will...?)
