Neither myself nor anyone I know personally support of redrawing the greenbelt land barriers. There is ample buildable space in and around all areas proposed for zoning amendment, and they should be prioritized for additional housing developments of mixed density.

Agricultural and wildlands are just as - if not more - important than developed subdivisions, and should be protected.

As an aside; the provincial government's blatant backtrack on their promise not to develop the greenbelt reeks of corruption and under the table business dealings and that alone should be enough to halt any and all amendments. It is NOT what the public voted for, even by those who voted for the current governing party.
