Totally agree with the idea…

Totally agree with the idea of a circular economy. My concern is over regulation and the means of enforcing those regulations. The AMO discussion paper addresses many of the concerns of smaller municipalities, particularly in ensuring funding is made available in order to meet the new regulations . Again taking a Southern Ontario issue and applying it in broad brushstrokes to Northern Ontario may lead to non compliance issues . I would urge the Committee to incorporate as many of AMO’s suggestions as possible ,
