I think this is a terrible…

I think this is a terrible idea that does not address the core problems it claims to. Increased density in existing urban areas will help; creating more suburban sprawl where little to no public transit exists will only eat up valuable green space and enrich developers.
The green belt should be preserved and the government should work with existing areas to increase the amount of available housing.
