Commentaire
The people who developed the Pickering plan obviously spent much time thinking about how to balance the need for employment and housing development with the imperative of protecting agricultural lands and natural areas. If their plan is nullified and haphazard development allowed a few people will gain financially in the short term, but we will all lose FOREVER the green spaces we can’t thrive without.
