Rondeau has been my happy…

Rondeau has been my happy place since I was 4 years old. I have spent every summer there since my family discovered it. I have played here, worked here & met many good friends here.
My favorite time to spend in the Park is the winter months. I love how a fresh blanket of snow looks on the trails and mostly, the cottages all across the Park. They're beautiful. The cottages are an essential piece to the park, making it unique, attractive and drawing. From these cottages you have a wonderful community and even a local yacht club which brings in many families. It has become a social hub in Rondeau.
The people of the park take care of it. Everytime I walk on the beach, I try to remember to bring a trash bag to pick up any garbage that may have washed ashore. My family and I participate in the beach clean up organized by the Park every year and follow the park rules closely.
Parks are for people too.
