I visited a cottage owner…

I visited a cottage owner years ago, and was impressed with Rondeau not only for it's natural beauty but also for the lovely cottages that stretched along the road. I've read that there is continued debate about the cottages being allowed to renew leases or to purchase the lots.

I am strongly in favor of keeping the cottagers in Rondeau, preferably through automatic LONG TERM solutions of purchasing thier lots for a fair price (they don' extend much beyond their lakeside doors). THis continued negotiating over many years costs the government a lot of money! I'd rather the tax dollars be spent more wisely than rehashing the same issues time and time again. Please be diligent with the tax dollars, and let the cottagers stay!
