Hello,

I am 100% against Bill 4. This is going in the opposite direction of helping to reduce emissions for the province.
What I want is for Ontario to be 100% powered by clean energy by 2050 so that means passing bills that legally bind emissions targets in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.
Ontario absolutely need to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions. The revenues can then be invested in programs so that Ontarians can lower their carbon footprint.
We need a real plan in place, FAST, to reduce emissions, help people save energy and create jobs in the clean economy. Fossil fuels are the past, clean energy solution NEED to be, not the future, but the PRESENT. There is no more time to waste!
It is very frustrating to see that the government is totally blind to the reality of the crisis.
