I am a young adult (late 20s) looking to buy his first house in the GTA. I disagree with and disapprove of removing or "substituting" any lands from the greenbelt. It sets a bad precedent to remove land we should be protecting for any reason. Make more homes outside the greenbelt rather than re-designatating and developing environmentally protected lands.
