I am firmly against this plan. It contradicts results from your own Housing Affordability Task Force report and will have long term negative environmental consequences. You have not provided guarantees that housing built will be affordable or can be or will be properly serviced by transit compounding traffic problems (which has a further negative impact on the environment). I can't see the net positive for the public at large, only a huge cash grab for some developers. Existing plans to utilize existing land for development would be a better approach.
