I am completely and and categorically against any devil the greenbelt.
This is not the answer to the housing crisis.
As long as corporations and companies can buy houses, how will the individual/family ever be able to compete?
Destroying the greenbelt will in no way help this. Leave it alone.
Consider instead, taxing (substantially) any homes owned after the primary residence.
Home ownership needs to stop being a form of investment, and instead, a way to house people and families.
I am therefore not in favour of any development of the greenbelt.
