This is a terrible plan, and should be withdrawn.
The housing we need desperately is higher density low income housing. This plan just provides sprawl, and profits for developers, while damaging the environment to boot.
And if that wasn't enough, there send to be every indication that the process was corrupt, and that donors to the PC party were asked to take advantage of advance notice to profit from this decision. Whether it's not that criminality ever gets proved, the process will be forever tainted.
How about doing the right thing, cancelling this monstrosity I and doing something to benefit society, and to preserve the environment?
