This entire bill is an affront to decades of careful planning. It will radically change how our communities look, regress us in terms of good planning practices. There is more than enough land in urban areas. Including Torontos north and east ends of North York and Scarborough. These areas are well served by transit. We cannot throw decades of careful planning worth millions in special studies and consultations to take away the futures right to a sustainable Ontario. Please reverse this or revise it please. This will destroy Ontario.
