You say the population will…

You say the population will grow by 2 million people and this plan will add 50,000 homes. At 4 people per home that's only 200,000 people. So this plan doesn't address the problem. All it will do is generate suburban sprawl, destroy valuable habitat, add more cars on the road and make developers rich.

How about building density and building it close to transit lines? How about building more transit?
