I agree with some of the proposed changes in order to protect this fishery.

-yes to a slot size
-NO ! To being able to keep a trophy fish.
-yes to a limit reduction.

An increase of enforcement in all these areas would be welcome. Further increase enforcement on the negligent netting practices on Shoal Lake and Lake of the Woods (Sioux narrows /Nestor Falls ). On a regular basis nets on both of these bodies of water can be found abandoned and full of rotting fish. I feel this is a major cause to the decline in the walleye and crappie populations. On any given day examples of these unethical netting practices can be found.
