I would like to see more…

I would like to see more individual lots open for building homes. There is a demand for urban rural lots and there are many local businesses that would benefit from the creation of more building lots - jobs for every phase of the planning and building of these homes. More local families for schools and perhaps more retirement and starter homes could significantly contribute to the local businesses

The Erin region has not updated their official plan for years. They seem to be dragging their heels when we actually need to speed up the process.

The addition of homes on the rural roads would generate income and allow for actual pavement instead of gravel roads. It would also increase rural safety and make us feel like we are actually part of the GTA
