I am completely disappointed…

I am completely disappointed in government in compromising future generations and ignoring basic planning. Before we pave over more green space, farmland and create more sprawl we should complete infill housing. This process serves to make the ultra rich only richer and in so doing it is on the backs of the workers of Ontario. Doug Ford is selling out the hard working Mom's and Dad's and instead lining the pockets of the rich. If he cared about those working hard for every dollar he would not be moving forward with this legislation. He should realize the priority for infill housing first and not at the same time. He should realize that sprawl actually increases cost to the hard workers. Please save the greenspace and farmland. Slicing off pieces of the GreenBelt is wrong. Addition of new appropriate pieces to the GreenBelt is not compensation. Those additional pieces were fundamental areas that needed to be added. The governments portrayal that this is some form of compensation of equivalence is an act of a charlatan.
