The cap and trade is a viable initial solution to addressing primary polluters of our environment It is presumptuous to end this existing program without further study and without any reacement policy ready to be put in place. The main group that profit from this action to remove the carbon tax will be large companies not the general public.
As a concerned Ontario resident I do not support this Bill.
