We need to stop letting the provincial government be corrupt in its dealings and use of power. Do not put this threat to the environment as “helping” those gain housing.

These deals are made to “streamline” the development process for a select few. we need an ethical review and transparency of the bid process. We need more housing but this seems a backwards way to do it by destroying conservation.

As a concerned citizen PLEASE consider the environment and what impact this will have. I understand the need for housing but if we are doing it we need to ensure it is done ethically and not to line the pockets of a CORRUPT DOUG FORD.

If moving forward with this then we need to open construction and development to others - not the usual few. AND ensure there is adequate AFFORDABLE housing and newcomer/immigrant housing.
